At Emerge Therapy,

You Don't Have to Leave Parts of Yourself at the Door.

Reaching out for support takes energy—especially when you've spent years navigating medical, educational, or family systems that misunderstood your brain or your identity.

I created Emerge Therapy to be a different kind of clinical home: one where queer, trans, nonbinary, Autistic, and ADHD folx don't just get "accommodated," but are centered from the ground up. Here, we trade rigid clinical hierarchy for genuine mutuality, curiosity, and care that adapts to your nervous system.

Why the Phoenix?

At the heart of Emerge Therapy is the phoenix—not as a cliché about "bouncing back," but as a reminder of what it actually takes to survive.

Growth rarely happens in a straight line. Most of the time, healing looks less like adding new self-improvement habits and more like unlearning, unmasking, and shedding expectations that were never yours to carry. At Emerge, you don't need to arrive with a five-year plan or a tidy explanation for why things feel hard. You just have to show up as you are today, and we'll build from there together.
