Individual Therapy

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Life is complex especially when you're navigating it as a human in a world that wasn’t built for you. Therapy with me is about creating space for you to exist fully, explore safely, and reconnect with your own voice.

I work with folx who are ready to explore their story, process what’s weighing on them, and find new ways to live in alignment with who they truly are. Whether you're here for support, reflection, healing, or growth, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

What We Might Work On:

🌀 Unmasking and identity exploration
🌈 Gender and sexuality affirmation
⚡ ADHD/Autism burnout, stress, or shutdown
🧠 Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm
🤝 Relationship patterns, boundaries, and communication
🔥 Navigating internalized shame or trauma
🌿 Learning how to rest, feel joy, and exist without apology

  • Liberation and Social Justice Frameworks: Our work won’t ignore the systems that impact your mental health. We’ll name them, navigate them, and find ways to resist them together.

  • Experiential & Creative Tools: From expressive arts to metaphor, hands-on activities to somatic awareness, I invite all parts of you into the work.

  • Behavioral Strategies (as needed): When helpful, we can incorporate practical skills for emotion regulation, communication, and daily functioning, always filtered through your lived reality.

My Approach

At the heart of my work is a person-centered, liberation-focused, and relational-cultural approach. That means I see therapy as a space for authentic connection, mutual respect, and deep, affirming growth. You’re the expert of your own experience and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and intention. I don’t believe in “fixing” people. I believe in creating space for people to feel seen, heard, and empowered to live more fully in their truth.

My work is integrative and collaborative, blending evidence-based tools with liberatory frameworks that honor your identity, lived experience, and nervous system. You’ll find elements of:

  • Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT): Healing happens in relationship. I prioritize connection, mutuality, and growth through a lens that honors power, identity, and social context.

  • Narrative Therapy: We’ll explore the stories you’ve inherited or internalized and begin to re-author ones that align with your truth, not your trauma.

  • Affirming Cognitive Approaches (CBT): I support you in identifying thought patterns shaped by survival and oppression, not to “correct” them, but to offer new choices grounded in self-compassion.

Everything I offer is filtered through a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming lens. We won’t be following a rigid set of steps, we’ll co-create a therapeutic space shaped around you. That might include unstructured conversation, structured tools, creative expression, or sensory accommodations. My goal is to help you reconnect to your own wisdom and build a relationship with yourself that is rooted in dignity, not diagnosis.
